We are a project management and technical consultancy team with field-based expertise and deep regional knowledge, specific to the African continent, going beyond the traditional consultancy approach.

We operate with direct field experience gained in complex construction site conditions, unpredictable administrative structures and technically sensitive projects. We shape project management not only within a theoretical framework but also at the very heart of the practice, with real information fed from the field.

Our team consists of senior managers who are experts in their fields, primarily Ergün Özmenay, Cengiz Tezişçi and Suat Gülşen, with over 25 years of field experience in the African continent. This team has directly or indirectly contributed to a total investment volume of over 30 billion US dollars in projects carried out in different regions of the continent. Throughout their careers, our members have worked with leading engineering and contracting companies in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa; they have carried out processes not only from their head offices but also directly in the field, where decision-making mechanisms operate, in the application.

They have not only technical expertise but also deep field knowledge of public structures, local administrations, tender processes and legislative systems specific to African countries. They have also developed strong relationships with the presidency, ministries and relevant public institutions over many years and an effective network covering strategic decision makers in Africa. Thanks to this network of relationships, fast and effective results can be achieved in critical processes such as permits, approvals, additional contracts and rights claims of the projects.
